Wolfgang Hammersmith is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ULRI LTD, which he established in 1996. He brings more than five decades of professional experience across advisory, analytical, consulting, and problem-solving disciplines.

Elizabeth Hammersmith

Chief Operating Officer

Elizabeth Hammersmith is the Chief Operating Officer of ULRI LTD and oversees administration, client coordination, financial administration, and organizational operations. Her professional background includes executive leadership, business development, and contract administration in support of complex commercial engagements.

Ms. Hammersmith is responsible for the administrative and operational infrastructure that supports the firm’s advisory relationships — including documentation practices, communication processes, compliance administration, and engagement continuity.
